We are fully booked for 2024 birth doula services, but would love to book a BRM session with you!

As doulas, we provide education and support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Throughout pregnancy, we get to know you and your family so that your support is tailored to who you are and what you need. We help you discover and develop your birth vision. Then we will discuss how we as a team can help accomplish that vision. We also provide evidence based education on the birth process, common situations you may experience, and much more.

During labor, either Stephanie or Sydney will provide continuous support at your home and/or the hospital or birthing center. When you need us, we’ll be there! Holistically, this consists of physical comfort measures, emotional coping, helping you understand and navigate the information and decisions being presented to you, and supporting the whole family unit.

After birth, we will come visit you at your home to support your early postpartum period. This visit can include a wide variety of support - education, breastfeeding help, newborn care, processing the birth, and more. Whatever you need, we are happy to help.

Whatever your birth vision,

you deserve support!

Sliding Scale

Sliding Scale and YoungLives: You decide what works best for your budget, no questions asked. We do this for a few reasons - 1) it allows you the support of two doulas while allowing both doulas to make a sustainable wage, 2) it expands access to doulas for families with a variety of financial situations, and 3) we serve a local group for teen moms called YoungLives and we provide doula services free of charge. The sliding scale allows us to continue to serve this vulnerable population of young women.
